📅 Refund Requests

Customers can request a refund within 5 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@cribify.com with your order number and reason for the request.

❌ Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.
✅ If canceled in time, you will receive a full refund.
🚫 If the item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

📦 Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items shipped by us.

To be eligible for a return:

  • ✅ The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • ✅ It must be in its original packaging.
  • ✅ Proof of purchase is required (receipt, order number, etc.).
  • 🚫 Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. You’ll be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank — some banks may take extra time to process.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • ❌ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
  • 📦 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

🔄 Exchanges (if applicable)
